Job Description

• Pay ranges from $75,000 – $100,000+ per year based on experience, average pay $89,000
• Earn an additional $100 – $300 per week with revenue and safety incentives
• Monthly incentives for safe driving and low idle
• Minimum Weekly Pay is $1,000. We know that many circumstances beyond your control can affect your week, but we never allow your weekly pay to go below $1,000.
• Minimum Guaranteed Transition Pay of $1,000 per week for 2 weeks as you learn your routes (provided availability Monday to Friday)
• Service area is a 250-mile radius around Grand Rapids
• 90% to 95% of the time your outbound load will pick up at the same place
• You will deliver this load to Chicago suburbs, northern Indiana, or eastern Michigan and pick up a backhaul to western Michigan
• Freight is 70% drop and hook and 100% no touch
• On average shift is 10 to 12 hours, Monday to Friday. Our most successful drivers start early morning and return mid to late afternoon.
• Home daily, off on weekends
• Assigned tractor, 2021 models or newer

CDL Driver Requirements

• Must be at least 21 and possess a valid CDL A license
• 1 year of experience
• Positive attitude
